We have recently launched a new Pay Per Lead/ Pay Per Visit (click) program. Our system is unique among other attorney internet marketing agencies. You do not pay anything until you generate a lead (There is an initial set-up fee of $200 billed against your future leads).
We build your website. It is not a directory listing where a bunch of different lawyers all get the same lead.
We set-up either a local phone number, or toll free # for your potential clients to call you.
We do the website promotion/ link building.
You only pay when a new potential client calls you, or we can base it upon a % of actual visits to your website!
Our program is incredibly more cost effective than Google adwords and other pay per click ad campaigns alone.
First, we understand our methods and are confident that they work. We take the initial time to build you a quality website at no cost to you except the original set-up fee of $200. This includes designing the website, paying the fee to register a domain name, hosting the website, setting up a local google places account, and doing some search engine optimization to get Google and other search engines to award a high rank to your website. Obviously, we want your website to rank high, as the higher you rank, the more calls you will receive.
Second, you have the option to pay only when you receive a phone call, not just a visit to your webpage. Studies have shown the typical website converts 2-3% of visitors to actual calls or contacts. While our services generally have a better rate of around 5% based upon research (while 10% is the gold standard that the highest of websites like 1800flowers receives), the simple fact remains that an overwhelming majority of the visitors to your website will not contact you. Maybe they did not need a lawyer, maybe they were looking for something unrelated, maybe it costs too much or is outside of their geographic location, etc. Typically, Google adwords will be around $5-$25 to click and can cost upwards of $50-100 for extremely competitive words. It is no secret adwords related to lawyers are among the most expensive on google.
With AdWords, if you pay just $10 per click, and get a very good 5% conversion rate for contact, you have just paid $200 for each lead. We charge $50-$100 per lead! (and you don't have to worry about paying someone to build and maintain your website)
If you are looking to pay per click to your website, we are happy to accommodate. The cost is around $1-$3 per click. The actual rate depends on your market/geographic location and practice area/keyword. Generally, personal injury, criminal defense, dwi/dui cost more, while immigration, bankruptcy, family law, and estate planning cost less. Having a general practice law firm is also one of the things we can successfully promote, however the costs can be higher.
We define a lead as every time someone unique calls your 800 number. Missed calls count, but repeat calls never do. So if someone calls once and then calls again a day or month later, you are not charged for any calls after the first. If you are a small or solo law firm missing a lot of calls, we recommend a company we work with who specializes in 24 hour attorney answering services (Spanish operators are also offered).
This program is presently only available to qualified markets and attorneys. The geographic area must not by too large in size, subject to the discretion of our marketing team. For example, this option is not available for someone looking to rank #1 on Google for New York City Personal Injury Lawyer. Second, you must not already have a Google places account, or you must be willing to let us manage your local Google places account. You can already have your own website which we will not modify if you do not want us to. Instead, we will build a new custom website with a domain name optimized to get you traffic. Even though we limit who we can take on as a client, generally, our internet marketing with pay per lead will be available for most attorneys.
Some State Bar Associations and jurisdictions have harsh guidelines in their rules of professional conduct that may prohibit this form of advertising (New Jersey finds it not unethical per se, but there can be traps for the unwary.) It is ultimately your job to determine if this method is allowed in your jurisdiction. There are no long term commitments, but understand, we own the domain name and content on the website, minus any copyrighted images or other copyrighted material provided by you.
Please note, while we consider our services to be the reasonable cost of advertising, in certain markets we are not willing to offer our services, due to it possibly being considered a pay per referral. In these markets, we can still build a website and do link building, but charge a monthly fee, no matter how many contacts you make. Additionally, in some markets (Such as Kentucky) we may offer to build your site, but you have to pay per click, or hit to the website, not based upon how many actual calls or contacts you receive.
Give us a call today to discuss the availability of our program, and to have us do a free market analysis with you to see if we can help you build your practice, and get more clients.
